As marketers, we have all faced this scenario : So many Facebook comments on a post, wish I could save them! This is very frustrating when people are commenting their contact details like mobile number and Email ID on the post, and there’s no easy way to scrape them. One way is to click on “See all comments” and copy-pasting the comments into your excel sheet. But that’s cumbersome and time consuming. What if there was an easy way, an automated way to download these comments into a live Google sheet?

Filtering contact details
On Wyzebulb, you can filter the incoming comments by setting up smart filters. Like in the above picture, you can filter the incoming comments based on the page name. It also gives you the ability to filter comments containing mobile number or email ID. This is handy when you are expecting your users to write their contact details in the comments section.
Sending data into Sheets
Once you have selected integrations and filtered the type of data to be sent to Google sheet, the next step is to map the data that would be appearing on Google sheet. You could use this filtered data to be shared across your sales team. Your sales team can be having access to a certain sheet while you support team can have access to another sheet. You can filter comments based on the post message and send them to different sheets accordingly by creating multiple flows.
How does statistics appear?
You can check how many events (Comments) have come in and can also verify how many actions were taken. Events corresponds to the Facebook page post comments while actions mean the number of comments that matched your filter criteria and was posted into the Google sheet. Wyzebulb lets you analyze this data in a very easy graphical way. You can check it out here : https://www.wyzebulb.com/flows
